For a chic presentation, I love slicing the rooster diagonally to reveal the beautiful swirl of filling and serving it over a mattress of creamy polenta to catch all the delightful pan juices.I do have to say, though, which you’ll need to soak them very well; normally, they may keep some chewiness.
